Meet the Founder
Baya Ginn, CPA MBA
Baya is a strategy and commercialization leader turned spiritual strategist, known for bridging the worlds of corporate excellence and conscious leadership.
With over 15 years of executive-level experience across rare disease marketing and global risk management, Baya brings a rare fusion of financial precision, energetic intelligence, and human-centered vision to modern leadership.
Before founding Spiritual Strategy Lab, Baya served as Director of Rare Disease Marketing at Novo Nordisk, where she led U.S. strategy for sickle cell pipeline development and community engagement. Her work united business performance with purpose — securing multi-million-dollar budgets, shaping global brand frameworks, and pioneering partnerships between industry and community-based organizations to advance health equity.
Having lived and worked across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and North America, Baya developed a global lens for systems, resilience, and transformation — insights that now inform her work with women leaders seeking alignment between energy, strategy, and impact.
Beyond her corporate background, she is a 8-time Ironman triathlete, a 300-hour certified yoga teacher, and a devoted student of Ayurveda — blending endurance, embodiment, and spiritual discipline into her coaching philosophy.
